Steampunk Thursday: Steampunk TARDIS
But hasn't the TARDIS always been Steampunk? Discuss.
Perhaps it has from an ideological viewpoint, but aesthetically, perhaps not. It doesn't fit the visual notion of what mainstream Steampunk fans expect from their über-Victorian contraptions. I myself look at the common magnet and see Steampunk - there is some messed up voodoo magic in them that even when it is explained still shocks my Victorian sensibilities.
