Gamebook Friday: And the artist who will be illustrating Alice's Nightmare in Wonderland is...

... the very talented, zombie wrangler...

Kev will be best known to fans of Fighting Fantasy for illustrating the 30th anniversary FF gamebook, Ian Livingstone's Blood of the Zombies. However, he has also painted covers for 2000AD and is an accomplished nature artist.

If you want to know what Kev's artwork for Alice's Nightmare in Wonderland is going to be like, imagine, if you will, a cross between his Dark Fairies work, and his paintings of fungi (appropriately enough), with plenty of brass and rivets thrown in.

I am very excited about this collaboration, as is Kev, and you should be too. So, if you want to see Kev Crossley's take on the Caterpillar, or the Cheshire Cat, or a host of other famous Carroll characters, then back the Kickstarter today.

And remember, if you back at the £80 DODO level or above, you'll receive a signed, collector's edition hardback copy of the Alice's Nightmare in Wonderland gamebook, which will include Kev's sketchbook as well as his finished illustrations.
