Author visit

I had a very fulfilling morning, this morning, away from my desk at Durston House School, where I spoke to the Key Stage 1 classes about being a writer, as well as sharing some stories with them, as part of the school's Book Festival.

The Author waxes lyrical about the need for a notepad.

The Author assessing potential illustrators for the future.

I just want to say a big thank you to all the children, and their teachers, for such a rewarding morning. I hope to be able to do it again some time.

If you'd like me to come into your school to talk about my work, then drop me a line at I look forward to hearing from you.
